The Data Controller, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”, is i-Project Srl, registered office at Via del Vecchio Politecnico, 9 20121 Milano.

Personal data we collect

We collect information concerning personal data, which are defined by Art. 4 of the GDPR (EU/2016/679) as "Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("interested party"); it is identifiable the natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his/her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity".

We collect data belonging to the following categories:

Data you provide us directly: any data that is provided to us by the user through any form of communication, which include filling in online forms on the pages of this website or sending data via email to the email addresses published on this website.

Data that is collected automatically: from the moment you visit this site, we automatically collect and store information relating to your navigation, such as the pages you visit, the duration of your visits and your interactions with the content on the website. We do not collect judicial data, that is personal data relating to criminal records, registry of administrative sanctions depending on a crime and related pending charges.

To improve the browsing experience on the website and to allow the complete provision of available services, we collect some user data through the use of third-party tools.

Retention of personal data

Minors under 18 years of age
Personal data of minors under 18 years of age will not be used without prior authorization by the “holder of parental responsibility”, as established by Article 8 of the GDPR. 

How can you withdraw the consent given?

As established by Article 7, point 3, of the GDPR, by accessing the Cookie Policy page and sending an e-mail to the Data Controller, "the interested party has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal. Before giving his/her consent, the interested party is informed of this. The consent is withdrawn with the same ease with which it is granted". As for the consent to the use of data provided during the registration process of a new account on the website, it can be withdrawn by cancelling the subscription to the website and cancelling the account through the management panel of the account. 

What are the rights of the interested party?

At any time, the interested party may assert rights as provided for by the European Regulation. 

Specifically, you can for example: 

  • request the deletion of data concerning you; 
  • request a limitation of data processing; 
  • request the rectification of your personal data and exercise the right to data portability;
